In this video, IM Andrey Ostrovskiy is sharing with you the interesting Latvian Gambit, which is one of the oldest chess openings. It starts with the moves:

1.e4 e5 2.Nf3

If black continues with 2...f5, we enter the Latvian Gambit that is deriving from the King's Knight Opening. Black is sacrificing the f6 pawn, a surprising weapon for black, which leads to an aggressive play with wild and tricky positions.
