In this video, IM Andrey Ostrovskiy is sharing with you the interesting Icelandic Gambit. It starts with the moves:

1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Nf6 3.c4

If black continues with 3...e6, we enter the Icelandic Gambit in the Modern Variation of the Scandinavian Defense. Black is sacrificing the e6 pawn with the goal to achieve a better piece development. Despite the extra pawn, white is having a hard time playing against this gambit as a lot of traps and difficulties can arise.
